Very well served and appreciate the knowledge of my Vehicule by Cliff my advisor, he always points me important mechanical or safety details that are very helpful as this is a new Diesel Truck I am just getting familiar with. Everyone is very professional and welcoming.
I was given a sheet of paper that listed all the areas that were said to have been checked during my scheduled oil change on 8 feburary 2018. knowing that all three wiper blades needed replaced, I found it odd that the paperwork showed they were checked but had not been replaced. I asked the tech who was working with me if the wiper blades had been replaced ( he did not have an answer), and went out to find the service person who did the oil change and "inspection" . When confronted with the question, if he indeed check the wiper blades, he was very honest and said, "no, I did not really look at them". because of his honesty i just paid my bill and went on my way. This type of situation has to make me wonder how many of the other inspection points where just glanced over? if that! I was happy with the honesty however, form that moment forward I will / have to be very tenitive about what information is told to me from this service department.

I met with Dean on Friday and browsed a wide selection of trucks and he provided me with plenty of information on buying used, certified pre owned and new. I went on to GMC, Dodge and Ford to see what they offered and I didnt receive from them nearly the amount of info or attention as Dean provided and i felt much more confortable buying a Chevy so I came back to see Dean on Sat. I ended up getting a Brand NEW Silverado which I am incredibly thrilled about. The whole purchasing process was smooth and hassel free. Major was also great to deal with. He is personable and provided me with great information on my warranty options. I never felt pressured, which i greatly appreciate because I will quickly walk out of negotiations if I belive I am getting hassled.

So far my service experience has been great but now I feel I am being hustled to have unnecessary work done to my vehicle and a statement on my repair order that says I have refused recommended service. I can read my owners manual and see what service is required.
While Rosner Chevrolet customers wait to reclaim their repaired auto, they are able to enjoy the comfort of the well-planned lobby at Rosners...a section for reading, a section for using computing devices, hot coffee is available as are cold drinks and snacks, and on Tuesdays ladies are treated to a manicure, no charge. All is planned to keep the customer feeling first-rate and well-served by the Rosner Chevrolet team.
