"The Resulting Bill Was About $700 Less Than Expected"
I wish to take this opportunity to say a well done to several of your employees. Two weeks ago Monday, I was going to an appointment with a doctor in Melbourne when topping the Eau Gallie Causeway, my temperature gauge went from cool to overheated. I slowed down and limped into the Rosner Service Bay.
I was greeted by their Service Consultant, Robert Sternberg, who took down the particulars and called a technician who would examine my van and advise a course of action. After a modest stay in the waiting room, Robert called me in with the news that he would have to do considerable work on the engine, including sending the heads for a shop cleaning, etc. I agreed to the process and signed off on the repair.
Later, I had a call from William White, a Service Manager, who suggested that to prevent future problems, we should consider replacing the engine with a used engine at no increase in cost. We selected one of three available engines and it was ordered. Unfortunately, it had a sheared manifold bolt and could not be used. At this point, William was able to find a new engine, which could be installed at an increase of $1,000. I thought that this was a good solution and gave the go-ahead on the repair. During the entire process, I was given the use of a “loaner” at no cost to me.
Through out the process, Robert would call me daily with an update on the repairs. When the job was completed, Robert walked me through the entire repair procedure. The resulting bill was about $700 less than was expected. Thus far, the new engine has preformed, well, like a new engine.
I can only say that the professionalism shown by Robert, William and mechanic(s) who did the work was exceptional and should be recognized.
In addition while waiting, I visited E.J. in online sales, he graciously let me test drive a new Equinox that I was interested in. I was duly impressed with the vehicle and told E.J. that this is what I will be buying as my next car.

“Unbelievable Customer Service”
Just experienced your letter welcoming me to the Rosner Family. My buying experience was extremely pleasant and I came off satisfied. Much of that was due to your sales coordinator Mitchell Jacobs. A gentleman with extreme patience and knowledge of the workings of the car I purchased. I’ve been a Chevy man for the last 60 years, starting off with the Biscayne and then graduating to the Impala, the workhouse of Chevy, as I call it. Why I ended up with a Malibu? I’ll never know. Mitch must be a valuable asset to your group. Any question that I asked, I had an immediate answer. He knew that car upside down. Never shielded away from an answer. I still call him to this day when I have a problem and he is quick to answer. I’ve come across many salesmen over the years, but Mitch is one of the best. I know that if any of my neighbors or friends ask me about my new car, I will certainly give them Mitch’s name and phone number to call. Hopefully my experience with this Malibu will always prove to be topnotch knowing I can always depend on you people for results.

"Great group of people at this dealership. Ben and Adam went out of their way to make my buying experience a great one. This is coming from a person that usually purchases a new car every couple of years. I thought my experience purchasing my Lexus was great, but these guys went a step further on the customer service end. Upfront with everything and did something that I was not expecting even after they knew I was purchasing the car.
The car did not have an ipod jack and I mentioned this to them and instead of just saying sorry they offered to order me one and ship it to my house. I live about 60 miles from the dealership, so this was a really nice jester and something I will not forget. It's the little things that make great customer service.
