I pre-ordered a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro from Rosner Chevrolet. I initally had some apprehensions. I researched pre-ordering and read many nightmares from people who already pre-ordered. But, because I wanted the new Camaro really bad, I ordered anyway. Mike Melendez totally made me feel comfortable about my purchase. All along the wait, Mike kept me informed on not only my car, but the ones coming before mine. He called me when they received the first one and I got to go see it. Then, when the second one came, he notified me again. Finally, when I got my VIN, Mike texted me the VIN number. The crazy cool part was while Mike was out for surgery, he had the Inventory Manager call me with the information to track my car on the train on its way to Orlando. The last cool thing was, Mike texted me pictures of my car, in the rain, on the truck when it was delivered. That was SOOO cool. When I came in to get it, it was an amazing experience. Even though it was raining, seeing it being backed up out of the rain I freaked. What an awesome car. I've had it for over a month now and still get butterflies when I get in it in the morning or before driving home from work. Thanx Mike and Rosner. You gave me a great price, great trade-in for my truck, and a great experience I'll never forget.

Thanks for everything that Rosner and GM have done for me. I have
been having the time of my life in my new car. This car is so amazing
in every fashion of the word. In waiting for my car to arrive I
thought this is going to be an awsome car. All the reading and videos
in the world coudnt prepare me for what I actually recieved. This car
has totally been worth the wait and I have no regrets. It exceeds ALL
of my expectations. I'm happy to be one of the first in town to own
this beast of a car and completly satisfied with the love that went
into the development of this treat. You all at Rosner rock and I look
forward to being a customer for life.
PS- I still want my watch, let the kid know.
